wk999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players across Pakistan. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a financial strategy, an escape, or a source of stress. This page gives you the tools, information, and support you need to stay in control.
wk999 puts these player-protection tools directly in your hands — accessible from your account settings at any time.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit into your wk999 account. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 72 hours — giving you a built-in cooling-off window before any upward change applies.
Define how long you can play in a single session. wk999 will display a countdown timer and notify you when your session limit is approaching. Once reached, you will be automatically logged out until the limit resets — helping Pakistani players manage screen time responsibly.
Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your wk999 account will be temporarily suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications are also paused automatically.
For players who need a longer break, wk999 offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion is activated instantly upon request and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully elapsed — no exceptions.
Set a maximum amount in PKR that you are comfortable losing over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your loss limit is reached, wk999 will automatically prevent further wagering until the limit period resets — keeping your spending within a budget you decided in advance.
Enable periodic pop-up reminders at intervals you choose — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Each reminder shows how long you have been playing and your net session result in PKR, so you always have a clear, honest picture of your activity before deciding to continue or stop.
wk999 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Every new registration triggers an identity and age verification process before a player can make their first deposit or place any bet. This is non-negotiable — no exceptions are made, regardless of payment method or location within Pakistan.
We verify age at three separate checkpoints: at registration, at first deposit, and at first withdrawal. CNIC-based verification is our primary method for Pakistani players. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded to the payment source, and any winnings forfeited.
If you are a parent or guardian in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or anywhere else in Pakistan and you suspect a minor has accessed wk999, contact our support team at once. We will investigate and act immediately.
Parental controls tip: Use device-level parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites for any household device that minors may use. This is an important layer of protection alongside wk999's own verification measures.
Upload a clear photograph of your National Identity Card (CNIC) front and back. wk999 uses this to confirm your date of birth and verify you are aged 21 or above.
A live selfie is matched against your CNIC photo to confirm the account belongs to the person who submitted the document — preventing third-party registrations on behalf of minors.
Our compliance team reviews submitted documents. Accounts are held in a limited state until verification is completed. You cannot deposit real PKR until age verification is successfully passed.
wk999 runs periodic re-verification checks and may request updated documents at withdrawal stage. Any discrepancy triggers an immediate account review by our compliance team.
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available. Here is exactly how to activate it on wk999 in three simple steps.
Log in to your wk999 account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. All protection tools are grouped in one place for easy access.
Select your self-exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent closure. Read the confirmation notice carefully — this action cannot be reversed during the selected period.
Confirm the request. wk999 activates self-exclusion instantly. Your account is locked, all marketing stops, and you will receive an email confirmation to your registered address.
Cannot access your account? If you are unable to log in to activate self-exclusion, contact the wk999 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will activate self-exclusion on your behalf immediately — no login required. Support is available 24/7.
Important: During a self-exclusion period, wk999 will reject any attempts to open a new account using the same identity documents, email address, mobile number, or payment method. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
Budgeting your gambling spend in PKR before you start playing is one of the simplest and most effective responsible gaming habits you can build. wk999 makes this easy with four distinct limit types that you can combine to create a complete spending framework tailored to your personal financial situation.
All limits can be set, reduced, or removed via your wk999 account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases or removals require a 72-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions during a gaming session.
Cap your deposits within any 24-hour rolling window. Ideal for players who want tight day-to-day control over spending in PKR.
Set a total deposit cap across any 7-day period. A good middle ground for players who prefer weekly budgeting.
Control your total monthly gambling budget. Useful for players who receive monthly salary and want to allocate a fixed entertainment amount.
Automatically stop play once your net losses in a session, day, week, or month reach the PKR amount you set in advance.
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting help. The following accordion lists common indicators that gambling may be becoming a problem — for you or someone you know in Pakistan.
Honest answers to these questions can help you assess whether your gambling habits at wk999 remain healthy and in control.
If you answered "No" to any of the above, it may be worth taking a closer look at your gambling habits. Use the wk999 responsible gaming tools above, take a cooling-off break, or reach out to our support team for a confidential conversation. There is no shame in asking for help.

wk999 does not provide clinical counselling services. If you believe you or someone close to you has a serious gambling addiction, we strongly encourage seeking professional psychological support in addition to using the tools available on the wk999 Platform. Responsible gaming tools are designed to help healthy players stay in control — they are not a substitute for professional treatment where addiction is present.
wk999 is here for entertainment — cricket betting, Teen Patti, slots, and more. Set your limits before you play and enjoy responsibly.
21+ only. Gambling can be addictive. Please play within your means and use the tools on this page to stay in control.
